• Account Information: When you sign up for the waitlist or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.
• Authentication Data: If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as permitted by your OAuth provider settings.
• Payment Information: If you choose the managed service option and provide a payment method, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
• Communications: When you contact us via email or other channels, we retain the content of those communications.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard.
• Device and Browser Information: We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and analyze trends. You may control cookie settings through your browser.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• OAuth Providers: Google and GitHub may share information with us in accordance with your authorization and their privacy policies.

ClawPanel is designed with data privacy as a core principle:

• OAuth-Linked Storage: If you sign in with Google or GitHub, your agent data (task logs, agent outputs, memory) is stored in your linked cloud storage (Google Drive or GitHub repositories). We facilitate the connection but do not retain copies of this data on our servers.
• Managed Storage: If you opt for our managed storage option, we provision isolated, encrypted storage dedicated to your account. Your data is never co-mingled with other users' data.
• API Keys: If you provide your own AI provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), they are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use them solely to execute agent tasks on your behalf and do not share them with any third party.
• Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent industry-standard encryption.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, analytics platforms). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.
